We offer free shipping on all items to mainland UK as far as Southern Scotland. Off shore and Northern Scotland and Scottish highlands * are subject to a surcharge. We send you a tracking email and advise you of delivery date in advance so you can make arrangements.
We aim to keep our stock levels accurate but in the case that an item is not in stock at time of order we will contact you for a full refund.

We will only undertake to deliver orders to your customers address if we are in receipt of all of the following information:
Every ‘Direct to Consumer’ order must include all of the following information:
 Customer contact name
 Company name (if applicable)
 Full delivery address including post code
 Customer contact telephone number (either land line or mobile, or both)
 Model number, cost price and order quantity
 Special instructions (i.e. if not in leave at no. 12 etc) on clarification from carrier
 Your Purchase Order Number
Once we have received an order you will receive an acknowledgement within 24 hours. At or shortly after that time, you will be advised of any issues that may affect the completion of an order. Once the order is confirmed the delivery schedule will commence.
Orders with incomplete or incorrect contact or delivery information will be returned to you to be amended. The delivery lead-time will only commence when we have received the corrected purchase order containing all of the above detail.
Delivery: 48hr Carrier service (Chairs, Small Workstations and TV Stands)
1. Our carrier company will deliver the above items within a 48hr window (not including weekends). Three attempts will be made to complete the delivery, and failing that a card will be posted. If all these fail to complete the order, then the order will be cancelled and goods returned to stock.
2. An AM/PM option is available for an extra charge.
3. If the customer still wants the product(s) then a new order will need to be raised.
4. Failed delivery due to incorrect address details on a purchase order will result in a failed delivery charge of £20.00 per unit.
5. If an order is cancelled while in transit to the customer or at the time of delivery there will be a restocking charge of £10.00 per unit (unless circumstances have arisen because of service, quality, etc.)
6. All deliveries under 35kgs are ground floor accessible location only (unless a lift is available and the product(s) will fit in it).
7. At the time of delivery, your customer should be advised to check that the product code tallies with their order, the code on the packaging and the details printed on the delivery note. They should also be instructed by you to look for any sign of packaging damage. They will be asked to sign a copy of the Delivery Note confirming that the goods have been received and accepted.
Delivery: 2 Man White Glove Service
1. Our carrier company will contact your customer prior to delivery using the contact information provided by you. Delivery will not be attempted if contact is not made.
2. Attempts will be made to contact the customer. If these fail, then the order will be cancelled and goods returned to stock.
3. If a delivery is refused, or if contact with the customer has not been possible because of incorrect information having been supplied or the customer was not in attendance to receive the order at the prearranged time, then the order will be cancelled and goods returned to stock.
4. If the customer still wants the product(s) then a new order will need to be raised.
5. If a second delivery fails we will only attempt a third delivery once we receive confirmation that you will meet the additional delivery charge of £30.00
6. Failed delivery due to incorrect address details on a purchase order will result in a failed delivery charge of £30.00 per unit.
7. Home deliveries cannot be timed; however, where possible, we will endeavour to meet the customers’ requirements and we will always aim to give an AM or PM alternative if requested.

Geography and Delivery Schedule:
1. All ‘White Glove’ Direct to Consumers orders received by alphason, for delivery to England and Wales will be scheduled for delivery within 5-10 Working days from receipt of order (subject to stock availability).
2. All ‘White Glove’ Direct to Consumers orders received by alphason, for delivery in the Glasgow/Edinburgh belt (DG,TD,KA,ML,EH,G,PA,FK,KY) will be scheduled for delivery within 5-10 Working days from receipt of order.
3. All ‘White Glove’ Direct to Consumers orders received by Alphason, for delivery to the rest of Scotland, the Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland and Eire will be scheduled for delivery within 10-15 Working days from receipt of order and will be subject to an additional charge (POA).
Delivery and Installation Service (optional):
For delivery and installation please add the following price to the order (per item),
1. For installation in England and Wales = £35.00 ex vat per item
2. For installation in Scotland – Postcodes information below
- G, EH, DG, TD, KA & ML = £40.00 ex vat per item
- KY, FK, PA & DD = £40.00 ex vat per item
- AB, KW, IV & PH = £50.00 ex vat per item
Possible Improved Price for multiple product installation (POA).

 

Additional Customer Services:
To minimise the cost of returns and inconvenience to you and your customer, we offer the following services:
 Colour samples are available to order (free of charge) so that any customer can ensure that the finished product will match their home décor, before ordering.
 Returns policy:
Following completion of the delivery, if your customer is not satisfied with the product(s) a collection request can only be actioned if the following criteria are met: If the product is found to be unusable, either by manufacturing fault or defective materials, then it will be replaced at no extra charge or you will be credited accordingly.

Please check the contents. If any parts are missing we can replace. Please do not assemble if parts are missing. If the product remains sealed in its original packaging and is undamaged, then you will be credited, less a re-stocking and collection charge of £10.00 for chairs and £30 for workstations.
 Unless the product is found to be unfit for purpose due to faults occurring in manufacture or deficiencies in the materials used (not excluding the statutory rights of the customer), any part or fully assembled items will not be accepted for return.
Warranty:
We warrant to you and your customer, that our product, including all parts and components, are free from defect in material or workmanship. ‘Defect’, as used in this warranty, is defined as any imperfections that impair the use of the product. Our warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of product parts and components for,
Ops/Task/Manager chairs – 2 Years (upholstery) 5 Years for structure
Entry Level Seating – 12 Months
Workstations – 12 Months
Warranty information for all products is included in each individual carton.
alphason will replace any part included on the parts list & assembly instructions supplied with every product, which is missing or defective in material and/or workmanship. Replacement parts will be delivered to your customer as quickly as practical at no charge with alphason assuming all shipping and handling expenses.
This warranty is subject to the product having been subjected to normal and intended use. Our products are not intended for outdoor use, unless expressly stated otherwise. This warranty does not cover; 1. Defects caused by improper assembly or disassembly. 2. Defects occurring after purchase due to product modification, intentional damage, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence or exposure to the elements. 3. Labour or assembly costs. This list is not exhaustive.
