We aim for a 100% customer satisfaction and keeping an open door to our customers is the best way to achieve this. Our purchases are guaranteed for a year from date of purchase.

In the event that you receive your goods with damage in transit or any parts missing, we send out a replacement part free of charge.If you have any problems assembling your product, please give us a call or contact online@orispace.co.uk and we will talk you through the assembly process.

Our preferred first form of contact is by email in order that we can identify which product you bought. Then we will call you back.
Our main line is open between 8.00 am-8.00 pm, but you can contact us at weekends as well - the phones are redirected to our weekend support line.

Our motto is that a happy customer is the best means of promotion and so we talk you through the sales process to final assembly.
